Single or redundant 9412 series fieldbus power supplies are used to supply an FF H1 High Power Trunk with up to 28 V/500 mA, and up to 1 A in Boost mode. In the background, they measure the advanced physical layer parameters, which can be reported via an Android smartphone, configurable integrated alarms or online via FF H1. 9419 series bus carriers or DIN rails can be used for installation.

Passerelle : serveur OPC UA pour les controleurs Siemens SINUMERIK 840D

Cette passerelle permet la lecture de toutes les données de la machine outil SINUMERIK 840D. Elle peut aussi accéder aux parties NC avec son axe, outil, programme and données, ainsi que les alarmes spécifiques. De plus, une connexion à la SIMATIC Siemens S7 peut être établie. Les données des 2 connexions sont disponibles via  l’OPC UA et l’interface MQTT et peuvent être utilisées pour des applications “Industrie 4.0 Applications ”

Avec la passerelle uaGate 840D, des données importantes sur la broche et les axes, telles que le couple et la consommation électrique, peuvent être lues et réutilisées pour de nombreuses applications.En outre, le programme actif ainsi que les sous-programmes et l’outil actuellement utilisé sont accessibles.
