Passerelle : Réseaux Modbus TCP vers des réseaux PROFIBUS PA/DP

Avec la passerelle mbGate PB, nous pouvons désormais intégrer jusqu’à 2 segments PROFIBUS PA et 1 segment PROFIBUS DP à un système de controle Modbus TCP. La passerelle agit comme un serveur Modbus TCP  et un maitre PROFIBUS. Avec cette gateway, le cout de l’intégration est considérablement réduit.  Elle permet la paramétrisation et l’utilisation des outils standard de management.

Integration d’esclaves  PROFINET I/O via un mapping dans les systèmes de contrôles Ethernet IP

 

La passerelle epGatePN, élabore une passerelle entre un réseau Ethernet IP et jusqu’à 32 esclaves PROFINET. Alors qu’une des ports RJ45 se connecteau réseau Ethernet IP, l’autre port de la passerelle agit comme un controleur PROFINET. Il permet l’intégration de produits PROFINET à un réseau existant Ethernet IP. L’outil de configuration disponible, permet de définir la configuration PROFINET, d’utiliser les symboles et le “mapping” pour la/les PLCs Ethernet IP. Ainsi l’utilisateur est déchargé des taches suspectibles d’erreurs et défini individuellement l’accès aux données des 2 cotés de la passerelle.

Which cloud platforms are supported?

We support with all Softing gateways (echocollect, uaGate, edgeGate) the Microsoft Azure Cloud, Amazon AWS Cloud, IBM Bluemix Cloud and other cloud providers, which are using MQTT for telemetry data.

What is the size of the Store & Forward queue on the echocollect?

The S&F queue for MQTT is unlimited (except the size of the sd-card). The echo buffers in the ram, and after it collects a bunch of messages, they were copied to the sd-card. To use the S&F feature, QoS 1 or QoS 2 must be used.
